ADR Europe is an evolving project, established in 2007 to provide an information resource and forum for practitioners and students of international commercial arbitration and ADR.
At present the project consists of:
the annual Dublin Forum of invited participants, each of whom is an active practitioner in international dispute resolution;
a support website for professionals engaged in international commercial dispute resolution at http://www.adreurope.com/ with relevant links to international institutions, legislation, rules, guidelines and other materials; and
the first of a suite of workshops for advocates and representatives in international arbitration and ADR of international commercial disputes led by the experts participating in the Forum was delivered in Prague, Czech Republic on 23 October 2009, Dublin, Ireland on 9 May 2011 and in Istanbul, Turkey on 6 January 2012.
The Dublin Forum on International Arbitration and ADR has now completed six consecutive years addressing antitrust, intellectual property and international commercial arbitration and ADR.
2013 The Seventh annual Dublin Forum on International Arbitration and ADR will convene on 14 June 2013. Further information HERE Details to follow.
